Terms and Conditions — PKR300 Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions form the complete legal agreement between you and pkr300. They apply to every interaction you have with the platform, including deposits, withdrawals, placing bets, claiming bonuses and contacting support.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or continue using pkr300. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms should be read alongside the pkr300 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

To be eligible to register and use pkr300, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited for you personally.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on pkr300 or any related platform.
• You have not previously had a pkr300 account closed for a breach of these terms.

pkr300 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Where age verification documents are requested, access to withdrawals and gameplay may be suspended until the verification is complete. Providing false information to bypass age checks is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each player is permitted to hold one pkr300 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkr300 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with anyone else. pkr300 is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised activity resulting from you sharing your login details with a third party.

pkr300 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity. This can include a government-issued ID, proof of address or confirmation of ownership of a payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Accounts are for personal use only. Using a pkr300 account to manage funds or place bets on behalf of another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

pkr300 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and supported mobile wallets. These are the payment channels used by millions of Pakistan players in their everyday lives, and pkr300 supports them to remove unnecessary friction from the deposit process.

All deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. There are no currency conversion steps involved. The amount you transfer is the amount that appears in your balance, subject to any minimum deposit thresholds that apply to a specific payment method.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts belonging to a family member, friend or any other third party is not permitted. Where third-party funding is identified, the account may be restricted and the deposit returned to its source.

pkr300 does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal activity. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and sourced lawfully.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — check the Deposit page for current thresholds.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you make an incorrect transfer.
• pkr300 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Failed deposit transactions should be reported to support with the transaction reference for investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals are paid out in PKR.

Before a withdrawal is processed, pkr300 may require identity verification documents if they have not already been provided. This is a one-time process for most accounts. Once verification is complete, subsequent withdrawal requests are generally processed more quickly.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes communicated at the time of request. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method chosen and the volume of requests being handled. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer requests.

• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• pkr300 reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests above certain amounts.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets held in the name matching your verified pkr300 account.
• If a withdrawal is declined due to a verification issue, the funds remain in your account while the issue is resolved.

Attempting to circumvent the withdrawal verification process — including by providing falsified documents — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the relevant balance.

The pkr300 sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as football, esports and other sports markets. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended.

pkr300 reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict markets or decline a bet at its discretion. This includes situations where unusual betting patterns are detected or where accepting the bet would create an unacceptable risk exposure for the platform.

In the event of a result being disputed, postponed, cancelled or voided, pkr300 will settle the affected bets according to the settlement rules applicable to that sport and market type. These rules are available in the Bet section of the platform. For cricket events affected by weather, match interruption or abandonment, standard DLS and cricket governing body outcomes will be used where applicable.

• Bets placed on events that have already started (where in-play betting is not explicitly offered) may be voided.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — do not create an obligation for pkr300 to honour those odds. Affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Arbitrage betting, systematic exploitation of pricing errors and bot-assisted betting are all prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply — these are displayed in the betting interface.

Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket matches and other events. In-play odds update in real time and the availability of markets can change rapidly during a live event. Bets accepted during a live event are subject to the same terms as pre-match bets.

pkr300 offers slot games, fish games, bingo and a full game lobby. Each game operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. General platform terms apply across all game categories in addition to any game-specific rules.

Game outcomes are determined by standard Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems produce genuinely random results and are not influenced by previous game rounds, account history, deposit amounts or any other external factor. pkr300 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game. These are displayed within the game interface before play begins. Playing above the maximum bet size permitted for a bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided — check the relevant bonus terms before adjusting your stake.

• Attempting to exploit game software bugs or errors to generate winnings is prohibited.
• Winnings generated through a technical malfunction or obvious software error will be voided.
• Disconnections during a game round — caused by your internet connection — do not guarantee a refund of the stake for that round. Results are recorded server-side.

pkr300 offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback promotions and other offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry dates — which are published alongside the offer on the Promotions page.

Bonus funds are credited separately to real-money funds. In most cases, real-money funds are used first. Bonus funds become available once specific conditions are met, as described in the individual offer terms.

Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, referring fake players to earn referral bonuses, or any other systematic exploitation of promotions constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being voided, winnings forfeited and the account closed.

• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly — only the real-money conversion earned through meeting wagering requirements is withdrawable.
• pkr300 reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any promotion at any time.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player — duplicate account registration to claim additional welcome bonuses is prohibited.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period — expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr300:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, RNG patterns or pricing mistakes to generate artificial winnings.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of sports corruption.
• Money laundering or using pkr300 to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pkr300 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or data that do not belong to you.

pkr300 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, withhold balances pending investigation and report activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

pkr300 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their activity directly from their account settings. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion.

These tools are available to all account holders at any time. You do not need to provide a reason to use them. pkr300 encourages players to use these features proactively — setting a deposit limit before you start playing is far more effective than trying to manage spending after the fact.

• Deposit limits — set a maximum amount you can deposit over a daily, weekly or monthly period.
• Session reminders — receive a notification after a set amount of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend access to your account for a set number of days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a defined period.

Gaming and sports betting at pkr300 are entertainment products for adults. They are not a reliable way to generate income or solve financial problems. You may close your pkr300 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, provided all applicable verification requirements have been met and no outstanding investigation is in progress.

pkr300 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time if a breach of these terms is identified, if fraud or suspicious activity is detected, or if the account has been inactive for an extended period without a remaining balance. Where an account is closed for a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Following a self-exclusion request, pkr300 will take reasonable steps to ensure that marketing communications are ceased and that re-registration is prevented for the self-exclusion period. If you believe you have received marketing communications after a self-exclusion request, contact support immediately.

pkr300 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain consistent uptime and performance, the platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond pkr300's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

pkr300 is not liable for losses arising from: internet connection failures on your end, decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform, your failure to read or understand these terms, or the outcome of bets or games which are subject to standard random or sporting outcomes.

Where pkr300 is found to be liable for a loss despite the limitations above, liability is capped at the balance held in your account at the time the liability arose. pkr300 does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or speculative losses under any circumstances.

pkr300 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised review date. Significant changes that affect your rights or obligations will be communicated to you directly via your registered contact details where possible.

Your continued use of pkr300 after an update has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. pkr300 cannot be held responsible for a player being unaware of a terms update if it has been published on this page and a reasonable amount of time has passed since publication.
